internal struggle..

its been a long enjoyable week...
with mel's visit..
visited to Wet n Wild altho was feeling abit under the weather..
got abit high on the temperature the day before but i think the cold water done its part...
and of course...
the week could always be better..
like only if blardie Spotless will let me know abt the change of location this morning lor...
blardie hell..
then i would not have to rush like mad...
but in any case...
am glad its all over....
and things settled...

argh...
somehow i feel that i had been fighting for something for a long long time..
altho there are occassional times whereby i dun think so...
but sometimes i do feel the drain and i think being tired physically does play a part...
and at such times...
its when just a simple sms or a call to tell u that u are not alone will brighten ur day...
and u can just wait and wait...
and it will never come...

there are many times when u just wanna give it all up..
but u know u can't...
cause of the expectations pple have of u...
there are many times when u just wanna pack ur bags...
but u know u can't...
cause of the impressions pple will have of u...
there are many times when u just wanna keep on drinking...
but u know u can't...
cause of the disappointment u will cause arnd u...

i doubt i am making much sense...
but i do know wat i am feeling....
and am just rambling here watever comes to my mind..

The steak dinner was good...

steak juicy..... nice entree... and good wine..

after that we visited Conrad Jupiters where i explained to him some games....
then we popped by Surfers for him to have a look at night life in Gold Coast...

the next day..
we went off to Mt Tamborine...
having sandwiches we made as breakfast...
we arrived there and trekked along one of the few trails..
as wat mel said...

then stoopid zz take so long to reply our sms...
made us soo tired from waiting and walking arnd aimlessly...

went home to shower and change..
then off for Jap dinner..

we had like 5 plates of sliced beef between the 2 of us...
each plate a mountain full...
go with the bottle of red wine we bought from Mt tamborine...
my god..
its soooo good...
















yea...
that was last nite..
then this morning..
we went to the beach again..
to tan... and somemore heart-to-heart chat...
then off back home to washup..
and to the airport liao...

well...
we did some calculations at the airport..
and boy..
time really flies.
haha...
7 weeks more and i would be back..
heheh...

yea..
in total..
my car ran 557km while he was here..
alot man....
even i was surprised....

well...
its like he came over and went back so fast..
time really flies when you are having fun...
i hope he did.. cause i know i did...

Mel arrived...

Linda's birthday dinner was a huge success...
altho my car did act up and refuse to start immediately...
it was all good...















the birthday dinner...

after that was cake cutting then mahjong..
haha.. lost all the way til last game...
max 5 'fan' and won the game..
covered all losses and won some more..
hehehe....
but only sleep at 4am...
cause was online chatting...

Mel came yesterday morning...
saw him at the hotel lobby...
and boy..
gave him a BIG hug~!@...
hehehe...
so being all sleepy with 2 hrs of sleep....
i drove Goldilocks all the way to meet him...

first we walked arnd Brisbane city...
its a rather small city...
after that we went for the Tori Amos meet and greet...
not bad leh..
got to say i am impressed by her in person...
someone who takes care of her fans..
maybe thats why mel is so in love with her...
we took individual pics with her... and boy...
she is really nice...
she asked me if i am here cause of mel..
i said yes...
cause mel wanted me to accompany him..
so i agreed...

really made myself sooo tired...
then i filled the bath tub with hot water..

we paid for hotel anyway...
had this long hot soak that i fell asleep in the tub..
didn't even know mel couldn't open the door and was knocking outside for so long..
hahaha...
well...
the long soak was relaxing and i fell asleep almost immediately after sitting on the bed...

the following day was good..
we explore the Chinatown of Brisbane and walked arnd somemore before driving back to Gold Coast...
upon arriving at my place...
he seems to like it alot... haha.. keep on praising the landscaping... the set up...
hahaha..
brought him to the beach...
he loves it as well..
haha.. altho its a sunday.
it felt like our personal beach...















us.... at our 'own' beach...

going out for steak dinner in awhile...

and i received my results for mid-sems..
i got wat i deserved i guess..
barely pass anatomy and physiology... when half failed..
then got over 90% for the biophysics and biochem...
hmm... i guess i should be happy...

i was forgotten...

As i saw eziq at the club today..
he asked me wat time i wanna go back...
cause he wanna give me a lift..
he didn't know i drove..
hahaha...
cause usually he go for class on tues... then wed he just go for social dance..
but he missed class last nite so he went early today...
so i had to make my way to the club myself...

then we both start laughing at an incident a couple weeks back...
when i was too drained to even stay awake...
so he suggested that we leave that place early...
then moment i enter his car..
i start speaking all sorts of nonesense...
so much nonesense that i dun even know wat i said...
to a point whereby i told him to let me sleep while he drives....

i woke up 10 mins later....
in his car...
OUTSIDE HIS HOUSE!!

he then looked at me and said...
"shit bro... i forgot abt you!"

cause normally i would chat with him while he drives me back...
so he would not 'forget' me...
but somehow... that day...
i just lie down on the chair and fell asleep...
he totally forgot that i was even sitting beside him!!...
hahaha...

anyway...
today went to the beach to tan...
hahaha..
not bad...
nice day to sun tan....

woke up at 6am today man...
damn tired...
just to go and examine 4 dead bodies and some body parts...
it was rather weird initially...
cause looking at the cadavers up close...
but it was pretty eerie when u see the toe nails... and the hairs on the toes...
i stayed for the whole 3 hours....
by then... majority of the 50+ pple had already left.. leaving only 10 students and 6 lab instructors..
its the smell of the embalming liquid which they use that really stinks...
seriously not much appetite to eat altho was hungry...
its like the thought of 'them', u lose appetite liao...

anyway..
while at the hospital..
i found 2 additional blue-blacks..
one on my right knee...
damn 'zhun' can...
then another one on the back of my head...

still reeling in pain from pain-ball...
